Your basket is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us unless you submit a quote request. See our cookie policy.
How we use it and our lawful basis

- To supply equipment and carry out services, including delivery, installation, repairs and warranty work, to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounts and meet tax and safety obligations, to comply with our legal obligations.
- To send service reminders and occasional updates to business customers about similar equipment and services, for our legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time. We only send marketing to individuals where the law allows or with your consent.
- To protect the website and our business, such as preventing spam and fraud, for our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and accounting software providers, under contracts that require them to protect it;
- couriers, manufacturers and parts suppliers where needed to deliver your order or handle a warranty claim;
- our professional advisers, and authorities such as HMRC where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years from our last contact.
- Customer and transaction records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax and accounting.
- Equipment service history: for as long as we service the equipment, and then for 6 years.
